CONSULTATIon

Let me know if you’re interested! We’ll have a chat about my packages and services (see full pricing guide below - no gatekeeping here!), and we can talk about your expectations, excitement, preferences, and more. I’m here to be a resource and answer any questions you may have.

Planning & booking

Securing your date is a breeze! Just sign a digital contract (no paper cuts, promise!) and pay a retainer. Once that’s done, I’m all in as your wedding day hype-person, ready to keep the laughs going and the stress at bay! We’ll have a final call about 1 month out from the big day to go over all the details together.

The Wedding

My favorite part! I’ll be there capturing everything; all the details, candid moments, dance floor shenanigans, and stunning portraits. No worries on posing or coming up with a shot list - I’ll be there to guide you in a way that is authentic and creative.

delivery

No waiting! Sneak peeks are usually up on social media by the next day. Within 6-8 weeks you’ll receive all the finalized, high-resolution images via an online gallery. You’ll have photos that you and your family will cherish for generations to come.

Wedding collections start at $4500, and vary depending on your needs. The best part? Everything is customizable! Take away or add as needed. So reach out, and let’s build the perfect option for you! Have an off-season date or a Fri/Sun wedding? Price goes down!

This option is perfect for smaller, intimate weddings, and covers usually some of getting ready through the start of dinner - just enough time to grab the key moments. It is perfect if you don't want to much fuss about detail photos or those end of the night dancing shots.

We’ll get the majority of your day captured from getting ready through partying at the reception with one photographer. This is a choose-your-own adventure collection, where the base is 8 hours with Katie, and you choose one add-on from the list below. Of course you can always add more if you want!

If you have a large wedding party, lots of details, a gap between ceremony & reception, or are considering a first-look or a grand exit at the end of the night, this is the perfect amount of time for you! We capture ALL the things, and have buffer time built in just in case something runs behind. Plus extras like a 2nd photographer, and an engagement session are included in this collection.
- Duration: 10 hours of coverage with Katie & a 2nd photographer
