What do you do when you have a 4.5 hour break between your ceremony and your reception? Have an epic photoshoot all across Pittsburgh and stop for tacos! This was my first wedding with a snack break built into the timeline, and I have to say, it was pretty awesome! Thanks to Bakersfield downtown for letting the wedding party use the basement for a private dining space!

Aspinwall Riverfront Wedding | Maggie & Chris

Maggie & Chris had their day planned expertly by Madeline Kelly Events, and every detail was perfection! I love the color scheme, and it was all pulled together by their venue, Riverfront Weddings, now known as the Gem on the Allegheny.

Southpointe Golf Club Wedding | Ashley & Cameron

A beautiful day on the golf course is exactly what these two lovebirds got for their wedding! It was the best weather, accented with gorgeous florals, and a raging dance floor. Personally, I still am obsessed with how Ashley’s gown sparkled!

Renaissance Hotel & Heinz Chapel Wedding | Alaina & Carson

You all know I’m always up for a Heinz Chapel wedding! Alaina & Carson had an incredible day at Heinz, followed by a reception at the Renaissance Hotel. These two and their friends were up for a party! They celebrated all night long, and the photos show it! All receptions should have those epic light sticks.

When you look through Cass & Tyler’s wedding photos, you get a sense of how fun the day was. We went on slides (more than once!), and climbed all over a playground. Yes - in a big poofy wedding dress! Their wedding reminds me that weddings should be FUN! How often do you get to take photos with a rotating plastic horse?

Betsy's Barn Wedding | Amanda & Dayne

These two had a fun open air celebration of their wedding vows at Betsy’s Barn. There were some tumultuous clouds throughout the day, and we had a little bit of rain during portraits, but the running away photos made it almost worth it.

Where do I start? Every year I feel humbled and blessed when my couples choose me to capture their weddings. Truly, it is about the memories, and I cannot put into words how honored I feel to photograph these moments. Here’s to 2019, and congrats to all these beautiful humans!

Cindy & Ryan had such a gorgeous day. Everything came together perfectly. We found some great spots for photos near the hotel, and even were able to grab some photos of the bridesmaids in their neighbor’s backyard.
